Changes & Cancellations 

We all have to change plans from time to time - if you have to change your appointment with me, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and offer your spot to another client.

If you would like to cancel your appointment, where possible please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice, as a courtesy, and so that I can rearrange my schedule. 

If you're running late - do send me a text or call - I'm a working Mum so I can always put that extra 5 minutes to good use!    Thanks.
